Before Core Laser & 7 Days After
I’m in my late 30s now…
and every time I go to the dermatologist,
they take those skin analysis photos,
and while my elasticity scores are always decent,
my pigmentation numbers consistently come back looking rough.

As I’ve gotten older, the melasma and pigmentation that are basically impossible to avoid
have become noticeably darker, and my overall skin tone has started to look dull,
so I finally started seriously looking into freckle removal and melasma pigmentation treatments.
I did consultations at a few different clinics,
and they all had plenty of laser options,
but hardly anywhere could clearly explain
which treatment was actually right for my skin.
Why I Chose Core Laser

When it comes to treating pigmentation and dark spots, choosing the right device
for your specific skin condition really matters.
If you get the wrong treatment, the pigmentation can actually get darker,
or you might not see any results at all.
But picking just one laser felt risky,
because I honestly had no idea what would suit me best,
and booking several different lasers separately felt way too expensive.
Then while I was researching,
I found a treatment that’s well known for Gangnam pigmentation removal:
a package called Core Laser, where they select 3 to 4 different lasers
based on your skin condition
and do them in one session. The second I found it, I knew this was the one.

Core Laser consultation review

From the moment I arrived for my consultation,
the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming,
and I loved how thoroughly they explained the package options.
The doctor also examined my skin closely
and walked me through which lasers would be effective,
what I actually needed, and why, step by step.

It really felt like one-on-one customized care, which made it easy to trust the process.
At other places, it felt like they were trying to push
one fixed package on everyone,
but here, they listened to my skin concerns first
and built the combination around that, which felt completely different.
Core Laser treatment process
My biggest concerns were enlarged pores,
pigmentation, melasma, and dark spots,
so I asked them to focus mainly on those areas.
Core Laser is a package where they choose
the best combination for your skin from four different lasers,
and the ones I received were the LTRA MIIN Laser,
Genesis, Ruby, and Excel V.

After the consultation, I washed my face and had a numbing cream
applied, then waited about 20 minutes
before heading into the laser room.
Once I was lying down comfortably in one place,
the doctor handled all four dark spot removal lasers
one by one in the right order,
so there really wasn’t anything I needed to worry about.
The pain was just mildly prickly,
so it never felt seriously uncomfortable during the treatment.

Right after dark spot and pigmentation laser treatment,
my skin did look a little red, and some areas looked temporarily darker.

After finishing all the melasma pigmentation lasers,
I moved to the esthetic room for a hydrating calming treatment,
and they even applied a modeling mask,
then finished everything off with soothing recovery cream,
leaving my skin looking calm, soft, and not red at all.
Changes over the first week after treatment

After my Gangnam pigmentation removal laser session,
my skin felt a little dry for a few days, so I kept reapplying moisturizer
and recovery cream throughout the day.

I paused active ingredients like retinol and vitamin C for a bit,
and kept my skincare focused only on hydration, repair, and soothing,
plus I used sheet masks often to keep my skin hydrated.

Thankfully, I had basically no downtime
like scabbing or peeling,
so I was able to go right back to normal life without worrying about my schedule.
After about a week, even though I’m someone who usually has some baseline redness,
I could tell the redness had improved,
the darker spots on both cheeks had definitely faded,
and even the rough, uneven texture on my skin
felt noticeably softer and smoother.

Up until around day four, I did have a few tiny bumps
and some redness from the pigmentation laser, but it settled down after that.
Compared to before the treatment,
my whole complexion looked about one shade brighter, which made me really happy.
In the past, when I got laser treatments separately
on individual problem areas, the improvement felt much slower,
but this time, maybe because everything was combined in one session,
the results felt faster and much more noticeable. I was genuinely so satisfied.
Who I’d recommend this for
If you want dark spot or pigmentation treatment
but have no idea which laser will actually work best for you,
if you want multiple lasers but feel overwhelmed
by the cost of booking each one separately,
or if you want customized dark spot treatment
with clear, transparent pricing,

I’d definitely recommend checking out Core Laser for Gangnam pigmentation removal.
At the very least, I think it’s worth booking a consultation.
If, like me, you’re dealing with enlarged pores, pigmentation, melasma,
and dark spots all at once,
being able to tackle everything in one package made the whole experience feel especially worth it.
